We consider Safety Systems as pivotal to OH&S and we understand the necessity of compliance with stringent safety standards. As a result, Process Automation & Controls are committed to supplying turnkey solutions for safety systems, from design to installations. We’ve designed and upgraded electrics and pneumatics on many machines, all the while complying with AS4024. Our safety system design experience has ranged from simple Category 2 applications right through to Category 4 robotic cells.
Our safety system experience has now being recognised by Pilz Safe Automation, enabling two of our engineers to be Certified Machinery Safety experts (TUV Nord).
